Tucked away behind the towering granite cliffs of Land's End is a pristine, golden sand beach waiting to be discovered. Gentle waves lap at the shore. Seabirds swirl overhead. The sun sparkles on turquoise waters. There's no more romantic place for an escape than Cabo San Lucas' Playa del Amor. Accessible only by water, your privacy is guaranteed. Pack a picnic lunch, grab a panga (water taxi) or rent a kayak or wave runner from Médano Beach and spend the day enjoying each other's company surrounded by Cabo's most beautiful views.

FAQs
How do I get to Lover's Beach?
Part of Lover's Beach's appeal is its secluded nature. Accessible only by water, you'll need to grab a panga (water taxi) at the Cabo San Lucas Marina, or rent a kayak or wave runner from nearby Médano Beach to get here. You can also join one of the area's adventure tours, who operate trips to Lover's Beach each day.
When is the best time to visit the beach?
Given the limited access options, daytime is the best time to visit Lover's Beach and neighboring Divorce Beach. Both are lightly visited in the morning, so that is an ideal time to plan a picnic brunch on the golden sand beaches. Sunsets over the Sea of Cortez are equally spectacular, making late afternoon visits very popular, too.
